Weddings & Civil Partnerships


  • Professional, attentive and smart Chauffeur(s). Usually dressed in a light grey suit & tie unless you prefer something more 1960s or the hippy casual look!
  • Chauffeuring you and/or your party to the ceremony and then onto the reception
  • Ribbons and bows to co-ordinate with your wedding/civil partnership
  • Complimentary mineral water and mints on board
  • Complimentary glass of champagne after the ceremony served on a silver tray and in crystal glasses
  • Personal touches in vehicle before and after ceremony
  • If your wedding or civil ceremony and reception are held at the same venue we would be happy to offer the lucky couple a chance for some quiet time out together by offering the Perfect Day Champagne Drive. This would be a leisurely drive while you enjoy a glass of champagne and homemade truffles or chocolate covered strawberries to revitalise you both before returning to your guests (a small additional charge applies to this service if having hospitality but there is no charge if you just fancy the quiet drive time).
  • Photo time and opportunities outside church/venue/reception provided
  • All standard hires are for 4 hours but if you want to relax and not stress about time, we offer discounted hourly rates.

Going the extra mile

To look after our VW family we operate within a 55 mile radius of Canterbury Kent. This covers areas such as Maidstone, Folkestone, Dover, Canterbury, Margate, Ramsgate, Whitstable, Rochester, Deal, Gillingham, Chatham, Ashford and places in between.

We are more than happy to keep our promise of “going that extra mile” and on occasions can extend our service to SE London, Berkshire, Surrey, East Sussex and Hampshire.

Please note, there is a surcharge when hiring for these areas which we are happy to discuss with.

For those wishing to attend one of the UK’s annual events, such as Ascot or Goodwood we do offer our services. However, these experiences will incur surcharges which again we are happy to discuss with you further.

Please note that our VW split screens can accommodate up to 6 persons and our Beetle up to 3 persons.

Multi Vehicle Discounts:All prices have been set at competitive rates in relation to our competitors as well as in consideration of the expensive costs you both have to meet to make your perfect wedding a reality. We will not be knowingly under sold, so if you find another company offering the same services as us we will match it. To guarantee an-all-day hire rather than a 4 hour hire we offer discounted hourly rates of £75 (weddings only).

Please note that events such as Proms and corporate day outs, and private bespoke hire prices are dependent on a number of factors so therefore please contact us for a quotation.

All bookings will be confirmed once we receive all completed forms, and a non-refundable deposit of £150.00. An invoice for the deposit and for final payment will be issued to the hirer. Final payment is to be made 1 month (30 days) before the hire/event. Please see our Terms and Conditions for cancellation policy.

Payment can be made by credit card in person or over the phone (2% cc charges apply) or through bank transfers. Cheques are unfortunately not accepted.
